  为什么白酒酿酒设备在运输的过程中会出现变形的现象呢?尤其是在酿酒设备中装满酒的情况下。如果酿酒设备中现在装满了酒,在不同的压力之下就会使设备发生形变,所以就出现了上述说的变形的情况。

  酿酒设备运输出现变形的原因:1、酒罐整体膨胀是由于罐体设计壁厚不够或超压运行,以致整台罐车或某些截面产生屈服变形而形成。如充装液化石油气的铁路罐车因充装过量,在温度升高的情况下罐内液体体积膨胀,压和剧烈上升,因而发生整体膨胀变形,使罐体由原来的圆筒形变成腰鼓形。这种变形一般都是缓慢进行的,只有在特殊的监测下才能发现。2、罐体变形主要是体在长期使用后,整体或局部地方发生内何形状的改变,罐体的变形一般可以表现为局部鼓包,整体膨胀等几种形式。罐体鼓包常常是由于罐体的某一承压面发生了严重的腐蚀,壁厚显著减薄,在内压作用下发生向外凸起,鼓包变形使罐体在该处的壁厚进步减薄。

  酿酒设备运输的注意事项:计算液体体积的时候须留足产品因热膨胀时涨裂10%的空间,防止钢桶跌落变形时涨裂;如果是固体,则需要一定体积的钢桶试装,然后换算成须装重量要求体积的钢桶,但也须留足一定空间,用于内衬塑料袋包扎;如果装低沸点在60℃以下的产品,则要充分考虑到蒸汽压力,液体蒸汽压力随温度升高而增大,还要考虑可能遇到的储运最高温度,一般要考虑到55℃,有些地区要考虑到60℃之间温差;温度高于60℃的话,则要考虑到储运的最低温度,温差导致钢桶产生负压。
