　　为什么白酒酿酒设备在运输的过程中会出现变形的现象呢?尤其是在酿酒设备中装满酒的情况下。如果酿酒设备中现在装满了酒，在不同的压力之下就会使设备发生形变，所以就出现了上述说的变形的情况。

　　酿酒设备运输出现变形的原因：1、酒罐整体膨胀是由于罐体设计壁厚不够或超压运行，以致整台罐车或某些截面产生屈服变形而形成。如充装液化石油气的铁路罐车因充装过量，在温度升高的情况下罐内液体体积膨胀，压和剧烈上升，因而发生整体膨胀变形，使罐体由原来的圆筒形变成腰鼓形。这种变形一般都是缓慢进行的，只有在特殊的监测下才能发现。2、罐体变形主要是体在长期使用后，整体或局部地方发生内何形状的改变，罐体的变形一般可以表现为局部鼓包，整体膨胀等几种形式。罐体鼓包常常是由于罐体的某一承压面发生了严重的腐蚀，壁厚显著减薄，在内压作用下发生向外凸起，鼓包变形使罐体在该处的壁厚进步减薄。

　　酿酒设备运输的注意事项：计算液体体积的时候须留足产品因热膨胀时涨裂10%的空间，防止钢桶跌落变形时涨裂;如果是固体，则需要一定体积的钢桶试装，然后换算成须装重量要求体积的钢桶，但也须留足一定空间，用于内衬塑料袋包扎;如果装低沸点在60℃以下的产品，则要充分考虑到蒸汽压力，液体蒸汽压力随温度升高而增大，还要考虑可能遇到的储运最高温度，一般要考虑到55℃，有些地区要考虑到60℃之间温差;温度高于60℃的话，则要考虑到储运的最低温度，温差导致钢桶产生负压。
